Terms and Conditions of Ticket Sales

By purchasing a ticket (“the Event”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Details

The Event is organized by Durban Africa Sports Club (“the club, “we”, “us”, “our”).

Event details including date, time, and venue will be communicated on our website and promotional materials.

2. Ticket Purchase

All tickets are sold through our official online store.

Tickets are issued electronically and proof of purchase must be presented at entry.

3. No Refund Policy

All ticket sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of mind after purchase

Inability to attend the Event

No-show on the day of the Event

Travel or personal scheduling issues

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

4. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to another person if you are unable to attend.

The original purchaser remains responsible for ensuring the recipient has the ticket and event information.

We are not responsible for any private resale or transfer disputes.

5. Event Changes or Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

Change the Event date, time, or venue if necessary

Modify the Event program or entertainment lineup

If the Event is cancelled by the organizers and not rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered either:

A credit toward a future event, or

A refund at the organizers’ discretion

(This clause protects you if something major happens, while still giving you flexibility.)

6. Entry and Conduct

Guests must present a valid ticket for entry.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person engaging in unsafe, disruptive, or unlawful behavior.

No compensation will be provided in such cases.

7. Liability

Attendance and participation in the Event is at your own risk.

The organizers, venue, and affiliates will not be liable for:

Personal injury

Loss or damage to personal property

Any indirect or consequential loss

8. Photography and Media

By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded.

These images or videos may be used for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation.

9. Data Protection

Personal information collected during ticket purchase is used only for event communication and administration.

We do not sell or share customer data with third parties except where required for payment processing or legal compliance.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
